Studio Rental Packages

Overview

Our packages are designed to allow photographers who need regular use of our studios to get a discount if they pay up front. This option creates discounted rates for regular renters. Some of the packages are good for up to 2 months and we track your usage and let you know as you approach the end.

Package Terms and Conditions

Note: These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Terms and Conditions located on the Studio Rentals menu.

July 1st, 2010 - these terms are evolving and can be revised at any time, participants will be notified

Payment must be made by the 25th of the preceding month. We ask that photographer commit to a minimum of 3 month and let CIS know, in writing, if they no longer wish to continue with the package.

Payment is for rental of the studio only. Lighting, paper, etc are charged at the regular rates.

Bookings will be made through the on-line system. If two bookings are in process at the same time, the one with the earliest date and time stamp will have precedence. Minimum 4 hours per booking.

Unused time during a period is not carried forward.

Hours are not transferable, the purchasing photographer is expected to be in the studio while the time is being used.

“Extra” hours (hours used after prepaid time has been used) will be charged at a discounted rate.

Storage of photographers props and equipment is not included unless the package specifically states that it does.
